Safe to use Refresh PM sensitive 2 weeks after LASIK ?

My eyes are really drying up during the night, and
they are red in the morning. I was wondering if it is
safe to use Refresh PM sensitive (preservative-free)
oinment so soon after LASIK (2 weeks) ?

In general - there are many treatments for dry eye. Lubcricating drops, gels and ointments are effective. You can also speak with your doctor about punctal plugs, which raise the tear film.
